   I. About us

   As a national high-tech enterprise, the Company integrates scientific research, production, opeation and services, and has advantaged technology and process, sophisticated equipment and sound quality management system. The registered capital is RMB 22.60 million and the fixed assets are RMB 126 million. The Company covers a land area of 15000 square meters, including workshops of 7500 square meters, office buildings of 2200 square meters, and supporting warehouse, testing rooms and testing facilities of 850 square meters. The maximum span, length and hoisting height of the workshop are 30 meters,8 meters respectively. Now, there are 133 employees in the Company, including 36 senior engineers, engineers and technicians.
   The Company mainly engages in design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of complete set of sugar making, brewing, alcohol, food and beverage, pharmacy, paper making, biochemical, petrochemical engineering, and alcohol wastewater treatment projects, and provides technical training.
   In addition to the home market, the products of the Company are also sold to Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Pakistan, Togo, Benin, Madagascar, Sierra Leone, Mali, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Bolivia, Jamaica, etc., and are well received by the customers.

   II. Qualification and Honors

   The Company has obtained GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management

System Certification, Work Safety Standardization Certificate, and the Permit for Manufacturing of   Category-D fixed low and medium-pressure vessels (including field manufacuturing of large low and medium-pressure non-spherical vessels), with independent design qualification for pressure vessels of Grade GC2 Pressure Piping issued by Guangdong market supervision and Administration Bureau; over the years, the Company has been awarded as Big Taxpayer by the People’s Government of Wuchuan City, “Class-A Taxpayer” in the taxation system, and Excellent Private Enterprise. In 2016, the Company is listed in the Top 5 Alcohol Machinery Engineering Enterprises in China. The products of the Company have won the Certificate of Conformity with Product Quality Supervision and Random Checking Nationwide. The Company is a member of Guangdong Province Association for Special Equipment. The Company has received 6 Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates from 2015 to 2017, and received 2 Utility Model Patent Certificates in February 2017. The Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province has issued the High-tech Enterprise Certificate to the Company in December 2021. “New-type High-efficiency Sugar-making Equipment” of the Company is rated as “High-tech Product of Guangdong Province” by Guangdong Hi-tech Enterprise Association in December 2018.

   III. Production Capacity, Production Equipment and Testing Facilities

   The annual capacity of the chemical engineering and light industrial machinery equipment is 12000 tons; sugar-making equipment 1000 tons, and chemical, alcohol, beer, glacial acetic acid and other devices 2000 tons. The Company now has 126 sets of production equipment and facilities, including 1 set of 25-ton bridge frame crane, 2 sets of 10-ton bridge frame cranes, 23 sets of metal machining equipment, 16 sets of cutting and forming equipment, 40 sets of welding equipment (8 sets of argon arc welding machines, 8 sets of gas shielded welding machines, and 6 sets of union melt welding), and 47 sets of other devices.   
   The Company has introduced spectroscope for testing chemical composition of the materials, universal material testing machine for testing physical property of the materials, shock testing machine, Rockwell apparatus and other devices; has established Grade-I and Grade-II welding material depot for storage of welding rods, solder wires and soldering flux, and has provided drying and insulation boxes for welding materials, in order to ensure that storage and use of the welding materials conform to the quality requirements of the pressure Vessels. There is an x-ray detection room for testing the welding quality of the pressure Vessels, which is equipped with 6 sets of x-ray detective machines, 3 sets of ultrasonic flaw-detecting machine and 3 sets of ultrasonic thickness meters. The Company has marked out s special pressure test area for testing the pressure of the products, which is equipped with motor test pump, air compressor, valve testing equipment and other testing equipment so as to guarantee conformity of sealing property.
